You set the terms. We handle the rest.

Each tier provides a monthly block of dedicated hours. All tiers include full access to all five service categories.
The same five-star service, booked as needed. Ideal for families who want to experience the service first, or clients who prefer to engage entirely on their own terms.
Scheduling: Visits are scheduled within your monthly hour block. Favorite Child members receive first access when scheduling windows overlap. Medical appointments are never moved once confirmed — that is our commitment to every client at every tier.
Messaging: Text or portal message, responded to same business day (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm). Favorite Child tier: priority response within 2 business hours. Emergency availability extended to all tiers at best effort — no client in a genuine bind is turned away.
